This is yet another time that Micromax is introducing a new Phablet model into the market with the title “Micromax Canvas Elanza 2”.This model is lined after the Micromax Canvas Elanza, This model has its own USP’s which keep it in the users wish list, the main feature of this device from Micromax is, it hosts the latest version of android i.e Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) which keeps it ahead of the other models from the same provider.

Elanza 2 from Micromax is packaged with a 5’’ screen which supports a display resolution up to 1280 x 720 HD screen which supports 16.7 million colors. This device is boxed with a IPS panel which is responsible for better viewing angles and better response. It hosts a 1.2Ghz Quad Core processor supported by a 1Gb Ram and 4 gb of internal storage which means the user will have a better user interface and a bit more smooth multitasking operations on this device.

This model of Micromax Models a 8 mega pixel rear auto focus camera coupled by a 2 Mega pixel front facing auto focus camera which enables HD recording on the device. The memory of the device can be expanded by the external memory card up to 32 Giga bytes. Its comes with a 2000mAh battery that provides talk time of 7.5 hours and stand-by time of 240 hours . Connectivity aspects with this model have these options Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G connectivity .This device comes with support of Dual bands i.e GSM900/1800MHz and WCDMA900/2100MHz (3G) which enable data transfer rate on the device up to 21Mbps/5.76Mbps. The device also come with GPS support for navigation assistance with an enhanced user interface. This model being the successor of Micromax Elanza has the sensors which are already included in its predecessor as Light sensor, Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Gyro Meter it also caters a 3.5 mm ear jack along with a Universal Serial Bus connector and a Universal Serial Bus charger. This design of the device is also considered “Bar Model” the Indian phone company has put effort in the deign aspect of this model when compared with its other predecessors This device falls in the price range of 8k – 12k Indian rupees.
